Durga Das Pal, born and raised in Jaipur, has always had a passion for cooking non-vegetarian dishes. His friends' love for his food inspired him to take over a local restaurant, 'The Chicken Corner,' in 2013. Although he worked in the real estate industry, he pursued this venture as a hobby, running it as an evening takeaway. Known for his fatherly demeanor, he has always been beloved by teenagers, who love his non-veg dishes. Now, he aims to establish 'The Durga’s Kitchen' to bring his culinary delicacies to a wider audience in Jaipur. With the tagline 'serving that papa ke haath ka khana,' he continues to share the authentic taste of homemade Rajasthani dishes.
